Welcome to Alford Athletic Development (AAD), dedicated to nurturing young athletes through our basketball program. Our program emphasizes building fundamental skills, fostering teamwork, and instilling core values that extend beyond the sport. Alford Athletic Development (AAD) is committed to providing top-notch basketball training programs at an affordable price. Our classes, priced at $25 each, are currently held at BuffSci@Medaille Campus High School, located at the old Medaille College, 24 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo, NY.
At AAD, we are committed to personal growth and a lifelong passion for basketball. Our age-appropriate coaching and family-centered principles aim to develop not just better athletes, but better individuals. Join us in this journey of growth and igniting greatness.
Our mission at AAD is to provide accessible basketball training and development rooted in family values, while nurturing leadership, personal growth, and opportunity for underserved youth. We aim to give young athletes confidence in sports by teaching the basics to beginners and helping children improve their skills, ensuring that every child feels supported and capable of reaching their potential.
