We understand that circumstances can change; however, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. This policy enables us to maintain the operations and resources necessary to deliver the best possible experience for all participants.

If you're unable to attend a session or program you've signed up for, we encourage you to reach out to our team. While we cannot issue a refund, we will gladly explore alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or transferring your enrollment to a future session, wherever possible.
